Here we are transitioning into the month of love again; and this month the message that has been showing up over and over again is all about self love. This month, in addition to thinking about the love that you have for your family, friends, and your partner, allow yourself to feel and acknowledge the love and appreciation that you have for yourself as well.

This month as you see and think about all of the people within your life that you love; please also take some time to feel love within your heart, mind, and body for yourself as well. So often, it is easy to allow this self reflection and self love to go without being noticed, however this can lead to sadness and even a feeling of being disconnected. It is important to spend time connecting to the things and the qualities that make you unique and to acknowledge them daily.
